<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under ���,
<br />\ the Deed of Trust dated March 19, 1998, executed by Melvin M. Addy and Ann L. Addy, husband
<br /> and wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as ��
<br /> Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Hall County
<br /> Nebraska, recorded as document#98-102541 on the 23rd day of March, 1998, and
<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br /> Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br /> above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot Thirty-five (35), Anderson's Second Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska.
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
