<br /> Trustees,in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,which was .
<br /> recorded as Instrument#97-109414 in the Register of Deed's offce in Hall County,Nebraska,recorded on �

<br /> WHEREAS, said undersigned,Five Points Bank, as Trustee,has received from Five Points Bank,
<br /> as Beneficiary,written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust and Extension of
<br /> Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br /> Lot One(1),Bick's Fourth Subdivision,in the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
