<br /> WHEREAS, Mortgagors/Trustees, for the purpose, among other things, of paying or securing certain
<br /> debts, have agreed to execute and deliver a Mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the real estate to Home Federal
<br /> Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island conditioned for the payment of the sum of FORTY
<br /> EIGHT THOUSAND AND 00/100�'HS Dollars($48,000.00),to be a first Mortgage/Deed of Trust upon

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island in consideration
<br /> of the premises and for value received,the receipt and adequacy of which is hereby acknowledged, does

<br /> the Mortgage/Deed of Trust upon the premises thus to be executed by Mortgagors/Trustees to Home
