STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br /> forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensees may construct, maintain, repair, and <br /> utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon an easement held by the <br /> Licensor: <br /> Installation, maintenance and repair of private sanitary sewer and water lines in <br /> the City's 45 foot wide utility easement across Lot One (1), Home Federal <br /> Subdivision to serve Lot Three (3) of Home Federal Subdivision, and installation <br /> and maintenance of concrete pavement over the City's 45 foot wide utility <br /> easement across Lot One (1),Home Federal Subdivision all in the City of Grand <br /> Island, Hall County,Nebraska. <br /> 2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEES' REAL ESTATE. The Licensee, Home Federal <br /> Savings and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, owns the following described real <br /> estate adjacent to the Licensor's easement to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br /> Lot One (1), Home Federal Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br /> Nebraska <br />
