<br /> Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land more particularly described as:
<br /> A tract of land in the Southeast corner of the North Half of the Southeast
<br /> Quarter of Section Fifteen (15), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven
<br /> (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, being more particularly

<br /> With reference to the Southeast corner of said Section Fifteen (15),
<br /> thence running northerly 1319.80 feet, on the East line of the
<br /> Southeast Quarter of said Section Fifteen (15), to the Southeast corner

<br /> upon, over and across the SW'/4NW'/4NW'/4 of Section 26, Township 12
