<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Charles R. Maser, of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of ��

<br /> Vanosdall, as trustor, in which William L. Sundertneier and Pamela G. Sundertneier are named as
<br /> beneficiary,and the undersigned is named as trustee,and filed on July l, 1998,at Document Number
<br /> 98-106 424 of the Trust Deed records of Hall County, Nebraska and recorded July l, 1998, in
<br /> Document Number 98-106424, in the office off of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of
<br /> Nebraska,has received from William L. Sundermeier and Pamela G. Sundermeier, the beneficiary
<br /> under such trust deed,a written request to reconvey,reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed
<br /> have been paid in full and that such trust deed and the Note secured by the trust deed have been
<br /> surrendered to the undersigned, as trustee, for cancellation;
<br /> NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed,
<br /> the undersigned, as trustee, hereby reconveys, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
