6. Joint and Several Liability; Co- Signers. Borrower's promises and agreements shall be joint and <br />several. Any borrower who is not a law enforcement officer, teacher or firefighter /emergency <br />medical technician who co -signs this Security Instrument, but does not execute the Note is: (a) <br />co- signing this Security Instrument only to mortgage, grant and convey that Borrower's interest in <br />the Property under the terms of this Security Instrument; (b) not personally obligated to pay the <br />sums secured by the Security Instrument as evidenced by the Note; (c) not obligated to live in the <br />Property as his or her sole residence for three years; and (d) agrees that Lender and any other <br />Borrower may agree to make any accommodations with regard to the terms of this Security <br />Instrument or the Note without that Borrower's consent. <br />7. Notices. Any notice that must be given to Borrower under this Security Instrument will be given <br />by delivering it or by mailing it by first class mail to Borrower at the Property address above. <br />Any notice that may be given to the Lender under this Security Instrument will be given by mailing <br />it first class mail to the Lender at the address stated above or at a different address, if Borrower is <br />given notice of that different address. <br />8. Governing Law; Severability. This Security Instrument shall be governed by Federal Law. In <br />the event that any provision or clause of the Security Instrument of the Note conflicts with <br />applicable law, such conflict shall not affect other provision of this Security Instrument or the Note <br />which can be given effect without the conflicting provision. To this end, the provisions of the <br />Security Instrument and the Note are declared to be severable. <br />9. Borrower's Copy.
