<br />And The West Half (W %) of Lot Seven (7), Block A, Boehm's Subdivision to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />And Lot Three (3), Block Eleven (11), in H. G. Clark's Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />GRANTORS covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one) with
<br />GRANTEES that GRANTORS:
<br />1. are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements, restrictions of record and public road right -of -way;
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
