Said principal is the owner of the following described property: <br />irn <br />--1 The Westerly Thirty Two (32) feet of Lot Four (4) and the Easterly Twenty -nine (29) feet of Lot Three (3), <br />r Block One (1), Westerhoffs First Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />3. Said Power of Attorney authorizes me to act on behalf of the principal for the purpose of <br />y selling the above described property, and to execute all instruments necessary in the <br />performance of said authority; <br />4.
