EXHIBIT "A" 2 01408012 A tract of land comprising a part of the SW1 /4 NW1 /4 of Section 4, Township 12 North, Range 9 West of the 6411 P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said NW1 /4; thence northerly along the west line of said NW1 /4, a distance of 30.0 feet; thence easterly parallel to the south line of said NW1 /4 a distance of 243.0 feet to the ACTUAL place of beginning; thence continuing easterly along the last described course, a distance of 208.71 feet; thence northerly parallel to the west line of said NW1 /4 a distance of 208.71 feet; thence westerly parallel to the south line of said NW1 /4, a distance of 208.71 feet; thence southerly parallel to the west line of said NW1 /4, a distance of 208.71 feet to the ACTUAL place of begining and containing 1.000 acre more or less, together with a perpetual easement for ingress and egress from the highway that exists along the West side of the NW1 /4 of said Section 4 to the above described real estate.
