<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FR.ANC2S, A Member of the
<br /> Nebraska State Bar Association, was appointed Successor Trustee �
<br /> under Deeds of Trust executed by VERNON D. BREDTHAUER and PATRICIA -
<br /> A. RREPTHALTFR; HLiGband and Wife, as Trustor, in which THE RAVENNA �
<br /> BANK was named as Beneficiary, said Deeds being recorded in the c'
<br /> Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds under Instrument No.
<br /> 90-103580, Instrument No. 96-102137, and Instrument No . 95-103502 ,

<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, as Trustee, has
<br /> received from THE RAVENNA BANK as Beneficiary, written request to
<br /> reconvey the real estate described in the Deeds of Trust above
<br /> mentioned as follows :

<br /> West of the 6th P.M. , containing 70 . 45 acres, and

<br /> West of the 6th P .M. , and
<br /> The Northwest Quarter (NWl/4) of Section Thirty-Six (36) ,
<br /> Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) , West of the 6th
<br /> P .M. , Hall County, Nebraska,
<br /> said request to reconvey reciting that al1 su;<<s secured by the
