<br />WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ANDREW ENCINGER AND
<br />JULIE ENCINGER, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS JOINT TENANTS to EXCHANGE BANK, Trustee, for
<br />the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated MARCH 15, 2013, and
<br />recorded MARCH 15, 2013, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA as

<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as
