Freeman, A Single Person, as <br />Trustors, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, <br />which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, entered as <br />Instrument No. 0201003192 on the 12th of May, 2010, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lots 26 and 27, County Subdivision of the West Half (W1/2) of <br />the Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point of the North line of said Lot 27, where <br />said line intersects the East R.O.W. line of Cherry Street; thence Easterly for 125 feet along the said North <br />line of Lot 27 also being the South R.O.W. line of the 12th Street; thence Southerly for 101 feet; thence <br />Westerly for 125 feet to a point of the East R.O.W. line of Cherry Street; thence Northerly for 101 feet along <br />the said Easterly R.O.W. line to the point of beginning. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust has been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or <br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 16th day of November, 2014. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK, <br />A NEBRASKA CORPORATION, <br />TRUSTEE <br />By: <br />Title: V <br />y R.
