<br />  �     		WHEREAS, the undersigned,  Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation,  as Trustee,
<br />   �   	under the Deed of Trust dated November 7, 1996, executed by Richard F Barber, a single person,      ��
<br />    c    	as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,

<br />     			WHEREAS,  said undersigned,  Five Points Bank,  as Trustee,  has received from  Five
<br />   		Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />  		Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />  		A parcel of land located in the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 33,Township 12 North,Range 9 West of the 61h P.M.,Hall
<br />  		County,Nebraska,described as follows:
<br />  		Commencing at the Southeast corner of the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of said Section 33,thence North along the East line of the W1/2 of the
<br />  		SW1/4 of said Section 33,281.0 feet to the point of beainninq;thence continuing North along the East line of the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of
<br />  		said Section 33,379.3 feet,more or less,to the Northeast corner of the South 20 acres of the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of said Section
<br />  		33;thence West along the NoRh line of the South 20 acres of the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of said Section 33,242.5 feet to a point:thence
