<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 1st, 2014 and executed by Nathan & Tiffany Murdoch,
<br />husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska
<br />on April 1st, 2014, as instrument No. 201401823, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />C7 of Trust above mentioned as follows:

<br />a Lot Eight (8), Morningside Acres Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />a) said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully

<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
