<br /> iMPDSITI�N OF TAXES, FEES AN� CHARGES �Y ��VERIV�1JiENTAL AUTH�RITIES. The f�flvwing pravisions �e�ating
<br /> ta go�ernm�nta!taxes, ��es and charges are a part o�this �eed af Trus�:
<br /> �urrent T'axes, Fees and Charges. �pon request by Lender, Trust�r shall execut� such documents in addition to
<br /> �his Deed of Trust and take whatever oth�r action is r�quested by L�nder ta perfec� and continue Lend�r's Lien on
<br /> the Real Praperty. Trustor shall reimburse Lend�r for a11 taxes, as described below, together �rvith all expenses
<br /> incurred in r�c�rding, per�ectin� or continuing this Deed of Trust, includ�ng wi�haut iimitatian all taxes, fees,
<br /> documentary s�amps, and other charges far re�arding ar registering this Deed af Trust.
<br /> Taxes. The following shall �onstitute taxes to which this s�ctiorr app�ies: �1 y a sp�ci�fi� tax upan this �ype of
<br /> Deed of Trust or upfln all ar any par� �f the lndebtedness secured by this De�d of Trust; {Zy a speci�ic �tax an

<br /> Subsequent Taxes, If any tax to which this section applies is enac�ed subse�uent �o fhe date o�f �his Deed �f
<br /> Trust, this even� sha�l have the same �ff��f as an Even�k of Default, and L�nder may exercise any or all of its
<br /> a�ailable remedies for an E�ent of De�ault as proW�ded belaw un�ess Trustar ei�h�r �1} pays the fax befo�e it
<br /> becomes delinquent. �r (2y contests the tax as provided above in the Tax�s and Liens sectian and d�posits with

<br /> SECURETY AGREEMEIVT; FINANCING STATEiUIENTS. The following prv�isions relating to this Q�ed of Trust as a
<br /> security agreement are a part o�this ❑e�d of Trust:
<br /> 5ecurity Agreement. This instrument shal� canstitut� a Security Agreement �a the extent any of the Property
<br /> constitu�es fixtures, and Lender shail ha�e ali of the rights af a secured party under�he Uniform �ommer�ial Code
<br /> as amend�d from�ime t❑'time.
<br /> Security In�er�s�. lJp�n request by Lender, Trustor shall take whatever action is requested by L�nder to perfect
<br /> and con�inue Lender's security interest in the Rents and Personal Property. In addition �to recarding this Deed af
<br /> Trust in �he reai pr�perty r�cords, Lender may, at any t�me and wi�h�ut fur�th�r au�horization from Trustflr, fi�e
<br /> executed coun�terpar�s, capies ❑r repr�ductions of this Deed of Trust as a financing statement. Trustor shall
<br /> reimburs� Lender for a!I expenses incurred in perfec�ing or can�inuing this securi�y interes�. Upon default, Trustor
<br /> shall nat remo�e, seWer or detach the Personal Proper�y from �he Property. lJpon d�fault, Trustor shall assemble
<br /> any Personal Property not affixed to the Prop�rty in a manner and at a pla�e reasonably �onvenient to Trustar and
<br /> Lender and make it aWailable �ka Lender within three �3y days after receipt of written demand fr�m Lender to the
<br /> exten�k permit�ed by applicabl��aw.
<br /> Addresse�. The mail�ng addresses of Trust�r (debt�ry and Lender �secured party} from `r'vhich infvrmation
<br /> concerning the security interes� granfied by this Deed of Trust may be o�#ained �each as �equired by the �nitorm

<br /> FURTHER ASSURANCES; ATT�RIVEY-IiV-FACT. The fallawing pra�isians �-elating tv fiur#her assurances and

<br /> Further Assuran�es. At any time� and from �ime to tim�, upon requ�st of Lender, Trustar will make, ex�cute and
<br /> deliver, or will cause to be made, executed ar deli�ered, to L�nder�r�o Lender's designee, and when request�d by
<br /> Lender, cause to be filed, recorded, refiled, �r rerecarded, as the case may he, at such times and in such o�ft�es
