<br />Trust, UTA executed January 27, 2011, GRANTOR, whether one or more, in
<br />consideration of valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does
<br />hereby grant, bargain, and convey to Evelyn R. Eldridge, Trustee, Trustee of the Evelyn
<br />R. Eldridge Revocable Trust, UTA January 27, 2011, GRANTEE, the following
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The East Half of the Northwest Quarter (E1/2 NW1 /4) of Section Eleven (11),
<br />Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />AND
<br />Lots 11 and 12 and the West 55 feet of lot 13, Block 2, Powells Addition, Village of
<br />Alda, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantor warrants that Edwin Eldridge, a /k/a Edwin E. Eldridge, died August 31, 2014;
<br />that the said Edwin Eldridge was the Settlor and Trustee of the Edwin Eldridge
<br />Revocable Trust, UTA January 27, 2011; that Grantor is the Successor Trustee of said
<br />Trust and has full legal authority to transfer the above described property to the above
<br />named Grantee; and, that an Order Determining No Inheritance Tax Due on the Estate
<br />and Trust of Edwin Eldridge was entered by the Dodge County Court, Dodge County,
<br />Nebraska, Case No. PR 14 -191, which Inventory and Order filed in said Court file
<br />included the above described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska.
