<br /> Payment De�ault: Bo�rower�ails to make a,ny payment when due under fihe Indebtedness.
<br /> Break�ther Promises. Bvrrower or Trustvr breaks any prvmise m�de tv Lsnder o�-�ai�s to per�Form prompt[y at the
<br /> time and strictly in the manner prv�ided in this Deed vf Trust or in any agreement relat�d to th�s D�ed o�Trust.
