200000132 <br /> Any rental, use or operation of that part of the interior of the Property improved with <br /> federal-aid assistance and used for other than governmental or public purposes or by a third-party <br /> unrelated to Subrecipient, its successors or assigns, shall result in the occupant of such improved <br /> interior property being charged fair market rent for such use. Subrecipient and Subgrantee shall <br /> annually provide Grantee documentation of rental income received from that part of the interior <br /> of the Property improved with federal-aid and documentation of the proportionate share of <br /> maintenance and repair expenses, insurance and other related rental expenses related thereto, and <br /> shall pay Grantee's Rental Percentage of any net rental income realized thereon to Grantee or <br /> Subgrantee for use in other Title 23 activities. <br /> 10.Legal Remedies. All parties hereto shall be entitled to seek all remedies availatle <br /> in law or in equity, including specific performance, to enforce the provisions of this agreement. <br /> 11. Notice.
