<br />       	2 O O O O O O 6 9   	OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />    			WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Isiand, Hall     L J o,
<br />  		County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated January 30, 1992, executed by Marcus J. Snow and Pam     	a
<br />  		Snow, dba Snow's Floral, husband and wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island,
<br />  		Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #92-
<br />  		100868 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 3rd day of February 1992.
<br />    			NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />  		undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legalty entitled
<br />  		thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />    			Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Six (6), Mayer-Mehring Subdivision
<br />     			then westerly along the northerly line of Lot Six (6), 200 feet to the northwest
<br />     			Corner of Lot Six (6), then southerly along the westerly line of Lot Six (6), 54.92
<br />     			feet then westerly 30 feet to a point 115 feet north of the southeast corner of Lot
<br />      			One (1), Hamilton Subdivision, thence south along the easterly line of Hamilton
<br />      			Subdivision, 25.08 feet thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of Lot Six
<br />      			(6), Mayer-Mehring Subdivision, a distance of 230 feet to a point 80 feet south
<br />      			of the northeast corner of Lot Six (6), Mayer-Mehring Subdivision said point
<br />      			being on the easterly line of Lot Six (6) thence north along the easterly line of
<br />      			Lot Six (6) to the point of beginning all in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />     			PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated January 30, 1992, recorded as
<br />  		Document #92-100868 in  the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />  		effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />     			IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />  		Island, Nebraska, this 2"d day of December, 1999.
