<br />     			WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall    �
<br />   		County, Nebraska, under the Mortgage dated February 17, 1987, executed by Marcus J. Snow and Pamela    	�'
<br />   		H. Snow,  husband and wife , as Mortgagor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named
<br />   		as Beneficiary, and as Mortgagee, which Mortgage was recorded as Document#87-100965 in the Register
<br />   		of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20`h day of February 1987
<br />     			NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Mortgage, the
<br />   		undersigned, as Mortgagee, does hereby release, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />   		thereto, the estate now held by said Mortgagee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />      			Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Six (6), Mayer-Mehring Subdivision
<br />      			then westerly along the northerly line of Lot Six (6), 200 feet to the northwest
<br />      			Corner of Lot Six (6), then southerly along the westerly line of Lot Six (6), 54.92
<br />      			feet then westerly 30 feet to a point 115 feet north of the southeast corner of Lot
<br />       			One (1), Hamilton Subdivision, thence south along the easterly line of Hamilton
<br />       			Subdivision, 25.08 feet thence easterly parallel with the northerly line of Lot Six
<br />       			(6), Mayer-Mehring Subdivision, a distance of 230 feet to a point 80 feet south
<br />       			of the northeast corner of Lot Six (6), Mayer-Mehring Subdivision said point
<br />       			being on the easterly line of Lot Six (6) thence north along the easterly line of
<br />       			Lot Six (6) to the point of beginning all in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />      			PROVIDED,  HOWEVER,  that the aforesaid  Mortgage dated  February  17,  1987,  recorded as
<br />   		Document #87-100965 in  the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />   		effect as to all real estate not herein released.
<br />      			IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Partial Mortgage Release at Grand
