<br />  	� 	The  undersigned,  SOUTHLAWN  APARTMENTS,  L.L.C.,  A  LIMITED  LIABILITY  COMPANY
<br />   		(Grantor), in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION
<br />   		paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey to the CITY
<br />   		OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation (Grantee), a permanent and perpetual
<br />   		easement for a public lineal park commonly known as a HikeBike Path located on the following
<br />   		described tract of real estate:
<br />      			The East Sixteen Feet (16') of Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six
<br />      			(6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9) and Ten (10) inclusive, Block Two (2), Southlawn
<br />      			Subdivision in the City of Grand Island,Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />      			The South Eight Feet(8'), of Lot One (1), Block Two (2), Southlawn Subdivision in the
<br />      			City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />      			The North Eight Feet(8'), of Lot Two (2), Block Two (2), Southlawn Subdivision in the
<br />      			City of Grand Island, Hall County,Nebraska.
<br />   		The Grantors covenant that this Hike/Bike Path easement shall remain  in full force and effect in
<br />   		perpetuity or until such time as use by the Grantee, its successors and assigns as a public lineal park,
<br />    		commoulv known as a Hike/Bike Path is terminated and abandoned.  The terms and conditions set forth
<br />    		herein shall run with the land and be binding on the Grantors personal representatives, heirs, successors
<br />    		and assigns.
