The restrictions and covenants <br /> contained in this easement constitute a perpetual servitude upon, and run with, the land subject <br /> hereto. Grantor covenants with Holder to do, or refrain from doing, such acts as are hereinafter <br /> specified. Said easement shall be binding upon Grantor, and Grantor's heirs, personal <br /> representatives, administrators, agents, successors and assigns, forever.
