<br /> OF GRAND ISLANn, the beneficiary named therein, dated December 8, 1997, and
<br /> recorded December 15, 1997, Document No. 97-110551, in the Office of the Register �f
<br /> Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br /> writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
