<br /> SECURITY AGREEMENT; F�NAN�ING STATE1tiJ1ENTS. The �ollow�ng prv�isions relating to this �]eed a� Trust as a

<br /> Security Agreement. This instrument shall const�tute a Securi�y Agreement to �he ex�en� any af �khe Proper�y
<br /> cnnstifiutes �ix�ures, and Lender shall ha�e all of the r�ghts of a s�cured party under the Uniform Cammercial Code
<br /> as amend�d�from tim�t❑time.
<br /> Securi�y interest. Upvn reques� by L�nder, Trustor shall �ake wha�e�er action 15 reques�ed �y Lender�o per��ct
<br /> and con�inue Lender's security in�erest in the Rents and Persvnai Property. �n addi�ion tv re�ording this Deed o�
<br /> Trus� in the real praperty �-ecords, Lender may, a� any �ime and wi�hout fur�her au�khoriza�ian �rom Trustor; �ile
<br /> ex�cuted counterparts, copi�s or reproductivns o� this ❑eed of Trust as a financing sta�ement. Trustor shall
<br /> reimlaurse Lender far a�l expenses in�urred in perfecting or �vn�inuing this security in�erest. Upon default, Trustar
<br /> shall not remv�e, se�er or de�tach the Personal Praperty �rom the Property. Upan�default, Trustar shall assemble
<br /> any Pers�nal Praperty not afFixed to the Property in a rnanner and at a pla�e reasonably can�enient to Trus�or and
<br /> Lender and make i� availahle to L�nder within three 43} days af�er receipt of written demand fram Lender ta the
<br /> � ex�ent permitted by applicable law.
<br /> Addresses. The maifing addresses ❑f Trustar �d�k��ar} �and Lender �secured parky} ��rom which in�forma�ion
<br /> concerning �he s�curity interes� granfied by�his Deed of Trust may he abtained �each as requi�ed by �he Uni�orm
