<br />County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee by virtue of a
<br />Substitution of Trustee executed November 18, 2014. Said Deed of Trust conveys property legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />LOT EIGHT (8), BLOCK EIGHTEEN (18), SCHBEVIER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the
<br />installment payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor
<br />Trustee, GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable
<br />pursuant to Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust
<br />property to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
