Both may be collectively referred to as "the parties". The <br />parties entered into this agreement based upon the following facts, which they agree to be true. <br />A. The parties were married to each other on 08/12/1968, and have been husband and <br />wife continuously lived together until they separated on September 1, 2013, and <br />since that time have lived separate and apart from each other. This is a long-term <br />marriage. <br />B. The parties have no minor children. <br />C. Irreconcilable differences have arisen between the parties, which have led to the <br />irremediable breakdown of the marriage. The parties agree that no further waiting <br />period, counseling or conciliation efforts would save the marriage. <br />I. <br />SPOUSAL SUPPORT <br />The parties herein agree and stipulate that Husband is presently 70 years of age and that <br />Wife is 64. Neither is gainfully employed and are each self -supported from Social Security and <br />rental income. <br />Waiver of right to Spousal Support: In consideration of the other terms of this agreement, <br />and whereas both spouses are fully self-supporting, we, and each of us, waive all right or claim <br />which we may now have to received support from the other. No court shall have jurisdiction to <br />award spousal support at any time, regardless of any circumstances that may arise. We <br />understand that either of us could ask the court to retain jurisdiction over the subject of spousal <br />support.
