<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Lonnie E
<br />Hansen and Tiffany B Hansen, husband and wife, Trustors, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska
<br />Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated January 23, 2008 in which
<br />Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being
<br />recorded February 12, 2008 as Instrument No. 0200801095 of the Records of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $177,000.00, has been paid or otherwise
<br />satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follows:
<br />Lot 5, Block D, Park -View Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />which currently has the address of 2418 Pioneer Blvd, Grand Island, Nebraska 68801 AND
<br />Lot Thirty -Six (36), in Island Acres No. 7, a subdivision of part of Fractional Section Seven (7),
<br />Part of the West Half of the West Half (W1 /2W1/2) of Section Eight (8), and part of Lot
<br />Twenty -Four (24), Island Acres, all in Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the
<br />6 P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. Which currently has the address of 3126 Westside, Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska 68801
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Cairo, Nebraska, this 26 day of September., 2014.
