<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among Gilbert A
<br />Loera, a Single Person , Trustor, and First State Bank Nebraska, Beneficiary, and First State
<br />Bank Nebraska, Trustee, dated May 16, 2014, and recorded on May 16, 2014 , in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in Hall County, NE, as Instrument No. 201402930 has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property
<br />held by First State Bank Nebraska, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the
<br />written request of the Beneficiary, First State Bank Nebraska, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey,
<br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto all the estate and interest held
<br />by it, as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Two (2), Pleasant View Twelfth Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
