Thirty days have elapsed since the death of Lincoln C. Wing, which occurred <br />on May 14, 2013 in Hall County, Nebraska , and that a certified copy of Decedent's <br />death certificate is attached to this Affidavit and incorporated herein by reference. <br />2. On the date of death of Lincoln C. Wing, Decedent was the owner of an <br />interest in real property in the State of Nebraska that is being set forth in this Affidavit <br />for the purpose of complying with Nebraska Probate Code § 30- 24,129 and which is <br />described as follows: <br />An undivided'/ interest in Lot Nine (9), Block Two (2), Dale Roush <br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The value of Decedent's interest in such property is $13,920.00, which is one -half of the <br />county assessor's value of the property. Decedent was, at his death, the full owner of <br />said undivided one -half interest in said property. <br />3. No application or petition for the appointment of a Personal Representative is <br />pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br />4. Affiant, as the sole successor to Decedent's interest in the real property <br />described in this Affidavit, was entitled to such real property by reason of the <br />Homestead Allowance, Exempt Property Allowance and Family Allowance, and by a <br />surviving spouse's rights in any intestate estate, and that affiant is entitled, as sole <br />successor in such real estate, to transfer or encumber same. No Nebraska Inheritance <br />taxes or Federal Estate taxes are due by virtue of the marital deduction. <br />NOV 21 2014 <br />09 <br />
