<br />WHEREAS, a voluntary Petition in Bankruptcy was filed by Craig L. White and Vonnie D. White, hereinafter referred to as
<br />"Debtor ", whether one or more, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska on the 11 day of December, 2012, and
<br />said Debtor was duly adjudged bankrupt on the 8th day of January, 2013; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 1 lth day of December, 2012, by Order of said Court the undersigned was appointed Trustee of the estate and
<br />effects of said Debtor and is duly qualified and is now acting as such Trustee; and
<br />WHEREAS, on the 9 day of September, 2014, a Motion to Approve Compromise under Rule 9019 with objection date due by
<br />September 30, 2014 together with appropriate notices and no timely resistance or objections were filed; and
<br />WHEREAS, an Order granting the Motion to Approve Compromise under Rule 9019 was signed by Judge Thomas L. Saladino
<br />on Octoberl, 2014, this Trustee is hereby authorized to sell at private sale to Jason E. Humphrey and Sarah N. Greer Humphrey, husband
<br />and wife as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, hereinafter referred to as "Buyer ", whether one or more, for the amount of One Million
<br />Three Hundred Thousand and No /100 Dollars, ($1,300,000.00), the following described property, to -wit:
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twelve (12), Township Nine (9) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6
<br />P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING all of Whites Sunny Slopes Subdivision as shown on plat recorded in Book
<br />104 -B, Page 97 and EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed recorded
<br />as Document No. 77- 006210 and EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded
<br />as Document No. 93- 109458.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, the undersigned Trustee in Bankruptcy of said Debtor, by virtue of the powers vested in me by the
<br />Bankruptcy Act, and by virtue of the Order set forth above, and for other valuable consideration, do hereby grant, bargain, sell and convey
<br />to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, all my right, title and interest as such Trustee, subject to all encumbrances
<br />of record, the above described property.
<br />TO HAVE AND HOLD said property to the said Buyer, its representatives, heirs and assigns forever, as fully and completely as
<br />I, the undersigned as such Trustee, by virtue of said Notice confirming the sale thereof and of the Bankruptcy Act might or should sell and
<br />convey the same.
<br />The Trustee makes no representations or warranties herein and this Trustee's Deed is without recourse against said Trustee either
<br />individually or as such Trustee.

<br />O f day of November, 2014, before me, the undersigned, a Notary Public, within and for said County, personally came
<br />John A. Wolf, who is known to me to be the Trustee of the aforementioned Debtor, and to me known to be the identical person described
<br />in and who executed the foregoing Trustee's Deed, and he acknowledged his execution thereof to be his voluntary act and deed as such
<br />Trustee for the purposes therein set forth.
