Stat. § 76 -201), together with all improvements thereupon, if any, in <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska (the "Property "): <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW of Section Twelve (12), Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING all of Whites Sunny <br />Slopes Subdivision as shown on plat recorded in Book 104 -B, Page 97 and <br />EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 77- 006210 and EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly <br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 93- 109458, together with any <br />and all appurtenances, storage buildings, houses, blinds, garage door openers and <br />controls, plumbing, heating and cooling equipment, curtain rods, furnaces, cabinets, <br />boilers, pivots, motors, pumps, casings, generators, fixtures and other improvements <br />thereon. <br />Transaction is exempt from Do umentary Stamp Tax pursuant to Neb. Rev.
