QUITCLAIM DEED <br />co <br />Craig L. White and Vonnie D. White, husband and wife (collectively, "Grantor"), in <br />consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby <br />acknowledged, quitclaims and conveys to John A. Wolf, solely in his capacity as duly appointed, <br />qualified and acting Chapter 7 Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of Craig L. White and Vonnie D. <br />White in Bankruptcy Case No. BK 12- 42639, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of <br />Nebraska ("Grantee") all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76 -201), together with all improvements thereupon, if any, in <br />Hall County, State of Nebraska (the "Property): <br />The Northwest Quarter (NW%) of Section Twelve (12), Township Nine (9) North, Range <br />Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska EXCEPTING all of Whites Sunny <br />Slopes Subdivision as shown on plat recorded in Book 104 -B, Page 97 and <br />EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly described in Survivorship Warranty Deed <br />recorded as Document No. 77- 006210 and EXCEPTING a certain tract more particularly <br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 93- 109458, together with any <br />and all appurtenances, storage buildings, houses, blinds, garage door openers and <br />controls, plumbing, heating and cooling equipment, curtain rods, furnaces, cabinets, <br />boilers, pivots, motors, pumps, casings, generators, fixtures and other improvements <br />thereon. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />Transaction is exempt from Documentary Stamp Tax pursuant to Neb.
