N <br />0 <br />Record and return to: <br />Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Grand Island <br />221 South Locust Street <br />Grand Island NE 68801 <br />WITNESSETH: <br />Page 1 of 4 <br />nn <br />_ <br />rn <br />A_ <br />o ►-4 <br />C!) <br />WHEREAS, Borrower did execute a certain Note payable to the order of Lender in the <br />original amount of Seven Hundred Thirty -Five Thousand and No /100 Dollars ($735,000.00), <br />dated July 25, 2013, to facilitate periodic building construction advances; <br />WHEREAS, the Note described above was secured by a Construction Security <br />Agreement Deed of Trust dated July 25, 2013, and filed of record in the Office of the Hall <br />County Register of Deeds on July 26, 2013, as Instrument No. 201306000, (the "Deed of Trust ") <br />in respect to that real estate described as: <br />Lot Six (6), Westgate Fifth Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska; <br />(the "Real Estate "); <br />WHEREAS, the Deed of Trust provides that it is to secure future advances; <br />WHEREAS, Borrower has now completed all construction upon the Real Estate; <br />WHEREAS, since completion of such construction, the Real Estate has been sold to <br />Current Record Owner, subject to the understanding that the Deed of Trust as hereby modified <br />will remain in place; <br />WHEREAS, Lender has agreed to limit the maximum amount of indebtedness remaining <br />secured by the Deed of Trust; and <br />WHEREAS, Borrower and Lender hereby desire to amend the Deed of Trust to reflect <br />the agreement of all parties hereto, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, it is agreed: <br />1. Security of Indebtedness.
