Denise <br />McGovern, a married person, of a Lease dated December 1, 2014, wherein Kuester <br />Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and L. Denise McGovern, a married person, is the Lessee, such <br />lease commencing December 1, 2014, and terminates November 30, 2049, and pertains <br />to: <br />Lot Seventeen (17), Kuester Lake, a part of the East Half of the <br />Southwest Quarter (EY2SW'/) of Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven <br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6 P.M. in Hall County, Nebraska, <br />said Lot 17 situated on the West Side of the East portion of Kuester Lake. <br />Said Collateral Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said <br />Debtor to Home Federal Bank, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount <br />of $ 280,000.00 and a Financing Statement or mortgage or trust <br />deed covering the above- described premises and securing payment of said Note. <br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid. <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was <br />acknowledged before me this I •7 day of November, 2014, by Ken Patrick, President <br />of Kuester Lake, Inc., a Nebraska corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />C7/00D <br />
