<br />D. DEEDS: My agent may make, sign, execute, deliver and acknowledge any deeds, deeds
<br />of trust, covenants, indentures, agreements, mortgages, leases, pledge agreements, notes,
<br />receipts, checks, bills of exchange, evidence of debts, releases and satisfactions of
<br />mortgage debts, judgment debts and other debts in respect of any such lands, tenements
<br />and hereditaments, or of any part or parts thereof.
<br />E. OTHER PROPERTY, INCLUDING REAL ESTATE: My agent may sell, exchange,
<br />option, and convey my real and personal property, wherever located; enter upon and take
<br />possession of any lands, tenements and hereditaments that may belong to me, or to the
<br />possession of which I may be entitled; make, execute and deliver deeds, whether with or
<br />without covenants and warranties; manage and control my real and personal property,
<br />wherever located; manage, repair, rebuild or reconstruct any buildings, houses or other
<br />structures or any part or parts thereof, that may now or hereafter be erected upon any
<br />such lands; negotiate, execute, and deliver any leases of my property; demand, collect
<br />and receive any rents, profits, issues or income of any and all of such lands, tenements
<br />and hereditaments, or of any part or parts thereof; pay any and all taxes, charges and
<br />assessments that may be levied, assessed or imposed upon any lands, buildings,
<br />tenements or other structures; buy every kind of property, real or personal; arrange for
<br />appropriate disposition, use, insurance, and safekeeping of all my property; settle,
<br />compromise, and adjust insurance claims; borrow money in my name, and to receive
<br />such loans by real estate mortgage or by other collateral; extend, renew, replace or
<br />increase any mortgage or mortgages now or hereafter affecting any of my lands,
<br />tenements and hereditaments and/or any personal property belonging to me, and for any
<br />such purposes, to sign, seal, acknowledge and deliver any bond or bonds, or to make, sign
<br />and deliver any note or notes, or any extension, renewal, consolidation or apportionment
<br />agreement or agreements, or any other instrument, whether sealed or unsealed, that may
<br />be useful or necessary to accomplish any of the foregoing purposes. My agent may also
<br />purchase medical insurance for any dependent of mine
<br />F. TRANSFER OF ASSETS: My agent may transfer from time to time any or all property
<br />in which I have an interest into any trusts, partnerships, corporations, co- tenancies or
<br />other entities, whether created by me or my attorney -in -fact or otherwise (and, in this
<br />regard, that my attorney -in -fact may be a remainderman, partner, shareholder, co -tenant •
<br />or beneficiary of any such entity shall not affect the validity of any action hereunder, and
<br />shall not, by itself, constitute a breach of fiduciary duty); and to remove property from
<br />any such entity; and to give to any such entity, or to any person acting as agent or trustee
<br />under any instrument executed by me or on my behalf, such instructions or authorizations
<br />as I may have the right to give.
<br />G. ENTITIES: My agent may create, amend or terminate or revoke, in whole or in part, one
<br />or more trusts, including but not limited to revocable living trust(s) in which I may be a
<br />settlor or grantor, partnerships, corporations, co- tenancies or any other form of ownership
