July 22, 2015 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, <br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 8, 2013, executed by Steve H Johnson and Ginger D <br />Johnson; Husband and Wife; in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the Hall County Register of Deeds Office, <br />Nebraska, as Document No. 0201305476 on the 8th day of July, 2013, and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five <br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of <br />Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lots Twenty Two (22) and Twenty Three (23), Whites Sunny Slopes Subdivision, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />More Commonly Known As 233 S.
