HazardousSubstances.As used in thi� Secti�n�1: (a} "Hazardou.s,Su�.star�ce.s"are those substances <br /> defined as taxic or hazardous substances,pollutants, or wastes by Environmenta�La�and the following <br /> substances: gas�line,kerosene,other flammable or toxic petroleum productsA t�xic pesticides and herbici�es, <br /> valatile so�ven�s, materials Gontaining asbestQs ar formaldehyde, and radioactive materia��; (b) <br /> "Ercvirorc►ne�tal La�'r means federa��aws and laws of the jurisdiction where the Property �s �ocated that <br /> relate to health, safety or environmen�al protection; (c} "��viro�rrae�tal�l�a�tup"includes a�n.y response <br /> actior�, remedial acti�n, or removal action, as defined in En�ironmental Law; and�d}an "�nuiro�iner�tal <br /> Corcditiorc"means a condi�ion that can cause, contribute to, or otherwise trigger an Environmental Cleanup. <br /> Borrower sha11 not cause or permit th�presence,us�,dispasal, starag�,or release of any Hazardous <br /> Substances,or thr�aten t�release any Hazardous Substa.nces,on or in�he Property. �arrotiver sha11 not da, <br /> nor allow anyone else to do,anything affecting the Property(a}that�s�n violation of any Enviror�..rnental <br /> Law, (b}�hich creates an Enviranmental Condition,or�c)which,due�o the presence,use,or r�lease of a <br /> Hazardous Substa.nce,creates a condition that adversely affects the va�ue of the Property.
