s <br />Five Points Bank of Hastings, 2815 Osborne Drive West, Hastings, NE 68901 <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated July 11, 2002, executed by JUAN RICO; A SINGLE PERSON; as <br />Trustor, in which the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, is <br />requesting said Trustee to reconvey said Deed of Trust, which was recorded July 12, 2002, <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument #0200207324. <br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person <br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the <br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)§ <br />COUNTY OF ADAMS ) <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance, at Hastings, Nebraska, this 19th day of November, 2014. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been <br />paid. <br />See "Exhibit A" attached <br />FIVE POINTS BANK OF HASTINGS <br />Ge ge W.
