The term "Mortgage" shall be deemed to include "Deed of Trust," if applicable. <br />THIS TAX-EXEMPT FINANCING RIDER is made the date set forth below and is <br />incorporated into and shall be deemed to amend and supplement the Mortgage, Deed of Trustor <br />Security Deed ("Security Instrument") of the same date given by the undersigned ("Borrower") to <br />secure Borrower's Note ("Note") to <br />C <br />("Lender") of the same date and covering the property dis&bed i-n-fK6-S�-e6LTrify7itist-r5m&it-ii6cf- <br />located at the property and address described as follows: <br />Address: 2123 N WHEELER AVE GRAND ISLAND, NE 68801-0000 <br />If, so long as the Mortgage is outstanding, all or part of the property is sold or transferred <br />by Borrower without Lender's prior written consent, other than a transfer by devise, descent or by <br />operation of law, the Lender may, at Lender's option, declare all the sums secured by the <br />Mortgage to be immediately due and payable.
