<br />2014. The grantor is PAUL P PANKONIN, JESSICA L PANKONIN, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />("Borrower"), whose address is 1016 PLEASANT VIEW DR, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA 68801. The
<br />trustee is AREND R. BAACK, ATTORNEY ("Trustee"). The beneficiary is the Secretary of Housing and
<br />Urban Development, whose address is Attention: Single Family Notes Branch, 451 Seventh Street SW,
<br />Washington, DC 20410 ("Lender"). Borrower owes Lender the principal sum of FORTY-THREE
<br />THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED THREE DOLLARS AND 9 CENTS Dollars (U.S. $43,103.09). This debt
<br />is evidenced by Borrower's note dated the same date as this Security Instrument ("Note"), which provides for
