The liens are to serve as security for Anibal Gomez pursuant to the Property Settlement And Custody Agreement entered into by and between Anibal Gomez as Plaintiff and Irma Y. Gomez, a/k/a Anibal A.Crispin as Defendant. and Gomez, Inc., a duly existing and organized corporation in the State of Nebraska is also included in these liens for the reason that Irma Y. Gomez, a/k/a Irma Y. Crispin is being awarded the corporation, Gomez, Inc. pursuant to the divorce proceedings. Some of the properties below listed are in the title of Gomez, Inc. The divorce proceeding is in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska and shown as CI 13 -866. As set forth in paragraph 13 of the Property Settlement and Custody Agreement Irma Y. Gomez, a/k/a Irma Y. Crispin is to pay a monetary sum to Anibal E. Gomez as consideration for the real property and the corporation, Gomez, Inc. that she is to receive pursuant to the Property Settlement and Custody Agreement. Irma Y. Gomez, a /k/a Irma Y. Crispin and Gomez, Inc. do hereby voluntarily grant to Anibal E.
