<br />Knoxville, TN 37909, Owner and Great Western Builders Inc., 165 N. Main Street, Ste 202,
<br />Collierville, TN 38017, Contractor, for $22,698.03, on the following described property to wit:
<br />Parcel No: 400223147, Map Number 3535 -08-0- 00000 -00 -0018, consisting of 4.55 acres,
<br />Wood River Township Pt Lot 4 8 -9 -11, see Exhibit "A ", Hall County, State of Nebraska.
<br />which construction lien was filed in the office of Hall County Register of Deeds on October 6,
<br />2014, Instrument #201406330.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has signed this instrument on November 6, 2014.
