<br />IN REFERENCE TO THE Trust Deed executed by David J Wetherilt, a Single Person; Dale L
<br />Wieseman and Cyndi Wieseman, Husband and Wife as Joint Tenants, to EXCHANGE BANK,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of EXCHANGE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated May 27,
