<br />SSB DEVELOPMENT, LLC., a Limited Liability Company, herein called the Grantor, in
<br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
<br />hereby grants and conveys unto the
