EXHIBIT "A" LEGAL DESCRIPTION 201407073 The Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty -Nine (29) lying south of the right of way line of Interstate 80; Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4) in the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Thirty -Two (32), and Lots Nine (9) and Ten (10) in the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Thirty -Two (32), All Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, together with all accretions thereto; And a tract of land being part of Government Lot 9, part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4SE1/4) and part of Government Lot 10 and part accretions abutting Lot 9 on the North and part accretions abutting Government lot 10 on the South and all being located in Section Thirty-One (31), Township Ten (10) North, Range Ten (10) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Hall County, Nebraska, and all more particularly described as follows: Referring to the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 31 and assuming the East line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter as bearing S 03 °39'10" E and all bearings contained herein are relative thereto; thence S 03 °39'10" E and on the East line of said Section 31 a distance of 1639.0 feet to a point on the existing North bank of the South channel of the Platte River; thence continuing S 03 °39'10" E a distance of 127.8 feet to a point on the existing thread of the South channel of the Platte River; thence S 54 °49'44" W and Upstream on the aforesaid thread of the stream a distance of 421.02 feet to a point of intersection of an existing fence; thence N 02°47'31" W and on the aforesaid fence line a distance of 224.54 feet to a point on the existing North bank of the South channel of the Platte River; thence N 00°10'45" E and on the aforesaid fence line a distance of 403.13 feet; thence continuing N 00 °52'42" E and on the aforesaid fence line a distance of 2219.64 feet to a point on the existing South bank of the North channel of the Platte River and on the North end of said fence; thence continuing N 00 °52'42" E and on the line of the foresaid fence line produced a distance of 406.49 feet to the point of intersection of the existing geographical centerline of the North channel of the Platte River; thence downstream and on the aforesaid centerline of said channel N 68 °19'28" E a distance of 127.38 feet to a point of intersection of the East line of said Section 31; thence S 03 °39'10" E and on the aforesaid East line a distance of 416.42 feet to a point on the existing South bank of the North channel of the Platte River; thence continuing S 03 °39'10" E and on the East line of Government Lot 9 a distance of 880.75 feet to the place of beginning. Containing 17.661 acres, more or less, of which 1.438 acres, more or less, are accretions abutting Government Lot 10 on the South and 1.281 acres, more or less, are accretions abutting Government Lot 9 on the North.
