SURVIVORSHIP WARRANTY DEED <br />Record and return to: <br />Grand Island Abstract, Escrow & Title Co. <br />704 West 3rd Street, Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT Cortney J. Davis fka Cortney J. <br />Pauley and Eric J. Davis, wife and husband, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of <br />One Dollar and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does <br />hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Henry M.
