<br />Instrument #0200313792, a Deed of Trust Modification dated April 20, 2005 and recorded April 26, 2005 in Instrument
<br />#0200503708, a Deed of Trust Modification dated January 19, 2007 and recorded January 25, 2007 in Instrument #0200700623,
<br />an Extension Agreement dated January 19, 2007 and recorded February 1, 2007 in Instrument #0200700816, a Deed of Trust
<br />Modification dated September 14, 2007 and recorded September 24, 2007 in Instrument #0200708177, a Deed of Trust
<br />Modification dated November 13, 2008 and recorded November 20, 2008 in Instrument #0200809585, a Deed of Trust
<br />Modification dated July 17, 2009 and recorded July 24, 2009 in Instrument #0200906067, an Extension Agreement dated
<br />February 25, 2011 and recorded March 1, 2011 in Instrument #0201101646 has been paid, and said beneficiary has
<br />requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises;
<br />THE WESTERLY TEN (10.0) FEET OF THE EASTERLY (40.0) FEET OF LOT EIGHTEEN (18), BLOCK THREE (3),
<br />BLAINE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; THE WEST TEN FEET OF LOT
<br />EIGHTEEN (18), AND ALL OF LOT NINETEEN (19), IN BLOCK THREE, BLAIN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belo ging to such premises.
