REAL PROPERTY DESCRIPTION. The Deed of Trust covers the following described real property located in HALL County, State of Nebraska: THE EAST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (E1/2 SW1 /4) AND THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (W1/2 SE1 /4) IN SECTION TWENTY -THREE (23), TOWNSHIP TWELVE (12) NORTH, RANGE ELEVEN (11) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 160 ACRES OF IRRIGATED FARMGROUND, 23- 12 -11, NE. MODIFICATION. Lender and Trustor hereby . modify the Deed of Trust as follows: Increasing the Principal to $1,900,000. and extending the maturity date to November 28, 2019. CONTINUING VALIDITY. Except as expressly modified above, the terms of the original Deed of Trust shall remain unchanged and in full force and effect. Consent by Lender to this Modification does not waive Lender's right to require strict performance of the Deed of Trust as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
