<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated June 4, 2014, and executed by Rodney A. Fay and Cynthia M. Fay,
<br />Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on June 5, 2014, as Instrument No. 201403332, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Four (4), Rainbow Lake Third Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />p said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully

<br />a NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
